These are easy, cheap and delicious for any time of day! These are the perfect on the go snack/breakfast staple! Simple ingredients,
easy to make and you can swap out flavor ingredients to make them just about any flavor you want! We have eaten these every single day for breakfast (or lunch… or dinner lol) for the past 2-3 weeks here in South Africa and they are a new favorite! I always am amazed at how delicious eating this way is .. plant based vegan ROCKS!
Sometimes a tiny mug cake just won't cut it.. Moist, satiating, wholesome and healthy - this recipe can be shared as dessert, 1/2 the recipe for a snack or eat the whole thing as a wholesome sweet meal!
These muffins were made on a whim the first night I came home!
I was super jet lagged but my momma said she wanted some type of baked good.. so I just went for it!! And these turned out perfect! Super healthy and super versatile (you can swap/add any flavors you want!) These are so delicious, chewy and versatile - you can change up the flavor combos to your own taste! These are about 1/4 the price of most bars you find out at stores + contain no oil/refined sugar/salt etc! Just whole foods (+ some choco chips if you want!)
These cookies aren't overly sweet and are perfect to take on travels, long car rides, hikes, snacks on the go or perfect with a nice big mug of tea!
