Social distancing makes us realize: we are our own best form of protection. I was someone who got sick at least 1-2x a month in the past. But after diving into plant based and starting up my "modern medicine cabinet" I haven't had any serious bouts with any of my old enemies: colds and flus! I was the queen of sinus infections that lasted weeks due to my absolute terrible health habits (or lack there of!) While I am not saying I am immune to any illness, I can confidently say that I owe my good health and immunity to the daily, consistent habits I carry! I want to share with you what is in my current personal modern medicine cabinet: My story, the 3 steps I took to stop bingeing + Q/A*NOTE: This blog might trigger those easily effected by eating disorder/binge eating talk. My intentions here are to share my story and tips in hopes of inspiring others to heal!
