JANUARY Group Coaching Challenge (WEIGHT LOSS / INTUITIVE EATING)
The challenge starts: January 7th! (Ends JAN. 21st!)
This group challenge is meant to keep you accountable in a safe space with like minded people! December's Challenge is focused entirely on weight loss + intuitive eating (but will have a broad array of topics in each daily blog post!)
The idea is simple: Plant Based eating for 14 Days // No junk food! No refined flours, sugars, oils, heavy salts etc .. Think "Earth to Mouth" .. if it grows from the ground, eat it! If it has been processed or refined - avoid it!
A community coaching challenge guided by me.. each member having different goals/struggles but also each having so much knowledge and motivation to share! Whether it be losing weight, healing digestion, mental health, new fitness routines, new recipes, meal ideas, meal prep, intuitive eating, healing relationships with food, hormone balancing .. we cover it all!
What's it all about? Included in the challenge:
- A daily blog post by me! A specific daily topic, recipes, what I ate + any random/fun additions through the 14 days!
- A few of the blog topics of this month: my biggest weight loss tips, 3 days of weight loss eating, how to know if you are over eating, how to start intuitive eating, the binge/restrict cycle, weight gain explained, morning/night hunger, spacing meals, portion sizes and so much more!
- Support from the community, deep conversations, all questions answered by me personally + any added info from the entire group!
- Daily accountability rules to keep you 100% liable and in tune (because accountability and consistency is above all the main factor in seeing results!)
