These are so delicious, chewy and versatile - you can change up the flavor combos to your own taste! These are about 1/4 the price of most bars you find out at stores + contain no oil/refined sugar/salt etc! Just whole foods (+ some choco chips if you want!)
These cookies aren't overly sweet and are perfect to take on travels, long car rides, hikes, snacks on the go or perfect with a nice big mug of tea!
This is the easiest spin off chicken noodle soup I have ever made! No nasty prep work with raw chicken and no heavy fat/cholesterol to bloat your belly! .. Easy to digest, packed with protein, fiber and flavor and a perfect, satiating and warm meal!
I think this will be perfect for the upcoming fall months (am I jumping the gun since we still have 2 months of summer left?!) .. I am sad that I will be missing fall this year (my favorite!) .. as I will begin my travels, starting with Hawaii! This could be a breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack or DESSERT! The healthiest ice cream you will ever eat + the caramelized bananas are like eating straight CANDY!!
This recipe takes about 10 minutes total! This was almost too easy to make + absolutely delicious! I started with a recipe HERE. I changed up a few of the ingredients/measurements and it turned out absolutely perfect! But feel free to follow either recipe for amazing results!
Everything is SO fresh here in Mexico - including the AMAZING, organic, whole grain breads from Mooring Market! I would love to start making my own breads someday - but for now we loaded these bad boys up with all the fresh goodies we could find!
This spicy chickpea mix can be popped on top of a salad, eaten as a side dish or put between two wholesome slices of bread and eaten as a sandwich!
It was a hit with my entire family (the vegans and the NON vegans!) My momma used to make cranberry scones with a delicious orange/vanilla thick spread and they were always SO good! I figured I would give scones a go but try for a healthier version - completely vegan and using no refined products!
You can spread some vegan butter or jam (or both) on these! The flavors are interchangeable - so you can omit the cranberries and add in other types of fruits/flavors to make them to your liking! I was VERY skeptical of this recipe and had to play around a bit to make sure it "held together" (adding in the oats/flax was key!) But it is officially one of Damon's and my Step-Dad's favorites! + it is so easy and as always, very cheap!!
