This spicy chickpea mix can be popped on top of a salad, eaten as a side dish or put between two wholesome slices of bread and eaten as a sandwich!

You can spread some vegan butter or jam (or both) on these! The flavors are interchangeable - so you can omit the cranberries and add in other types of fruits/flavors to make them to your liking!
