My story, the 3 steps I took to stop bingeing + Q/A
*NOTE: This blog might trigger those easily effected by eating disorder/binge eating talk. My intentions here are to share my story and tips in hopes of inspiring others to heal!
In this blog post I want to share a little of my own binge eating disorder story, explain my view on binge eating and how it works in the body, give you a simple lay out on how I stopped binge eating + answer some questions I received from you!
Sometimes a tiny mug cake just won't cut it.. Moist, satiating, wholesome and healthy - this recipe can be shared as dessert, 1/2 the recipe for a snack or eat the whole thing as a wholesome sweet meal!
These muffins were made on a whim the first night I came home! I was super jet lagged but my momma said she wanted some type of baked good.. so I just went for it!! And these turned out perfect! Super healthy and super versatile (you can swap/add any flavors you want!)
These are so delicious, chewy and versatile - you can change up the flavor combos to your own taste! These are about 1/4 the price of most bars you find out at stores + contain no oil/refined sugar/salt etc! Just whole foods (+ some choco chips if you want!)
This is the easiest spin off chicken noodle soup I have ever made! No nasty prep work with raw chicken and no heavy fat/cholesterol to bloat your belly! .. Easy to digest, packed with protein, fiber and flavor and a perfect, satiating and warm meal!
I think this will be perfect for the upcoming fall months (am I jumping the gun since we still have 2 months of summer left?!) .. I am sad that I will be missing fall this year (my favorite!) .. as I will begin my travels, starting with Hawaii!
